Racquel L. Harris is a Business Strategist and Human Resources Consultant at R. L. Harris & Associates, LLC. Racquel has 25 years of Executive level experience in Human Resources and earned two certifications in Human Resources (PHR, and SHRM-CP) and certification in Risk Management (CRMC).
She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Indiana University. Racquel has a full and comprehensive understanding of how important training is to an organization. She has a high aptitude for strategic planning and execution which she implemented while she was President of the Michiana Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management.
