Overview

DROItm Performance Analysis Tool is a systematic performance analysis process that assists the user in analyzing the impact of their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives in financial and other terms. Calculating Diversity's return-on-investment (DROItm) requires asking key questions and performing key tasks along the way.
