Overview

In today's ever-evolving society, anti-harassment training is crucial for educating employees and leaders on acceptable and unacceptable workplace behavior.

It's essential for employers to emphasize that every individual has a responsibility to speak up and take action against incidents of harassment, bullying, and retaliation. By training employees to recognize and respond to situations that can lead to harassment and bullying - from the obvious to the subtle - organizations can foster a positive and respectful workplace. This training not only helps in creating a supportive work environment but also aids in preventing costly harassment complaints that can harm an organization's reputation, recruiting efforts, retention rates, and overall bottom line.

This session will cover the provisions under federal laws, remedies for illegal harassment and discrimination, and the impact of harassment in the workplace. Participants will learn how to prevent bullying, harassment, and discrimination, identify these negative behaviors, and apply effective methods for addressing and correcting them. Additionally, the training will address digital harassment and cyberbullying, bystander intervention, mental health considerations, legal updates, and strategies for remote work environments. Join us to gain valuable insights and tools to promote a respectful and supportive workplace.
