Under her leadership, the organization achieved the prestigious Chapter of the Year Award from the Indiana State Council of The Society for Human Resources Management. Racquel is an expert in Labor Relations, Federal and State employment laws, and strategically aligning human resources with organizational goals.
She has a demonstrated ability to use data and statistics to solve problems.
