Overview

This bystander intervention training empowers participants to take a stand against harassment and discrimination in their workplace. This webinar provides practical tools and techniques to recognize, interrupt, and prevent harmful situations from escalating. 

Webinar topics include defining bystander intervention, understanding harassment, examining common workplace scenarios and applying Hollaback's "5 D's" methodology, attendees will become familiar with the techniques and have an  awareness to take action when witnessing harassment, observing micro aggressions or bullying.
