Overview

Employers should conduct workplace investigations on the premise that every complaint has the potential to be a lawsuit. Your investigative report should be taken seriously and must have a clear paper trail of evidence. This training will provide attendees with comprehensive steps to take to ensure that their investigative reports demonstrate the employer took the complaint seriously and responded with the appropriate action.

Why you should Attend

Writing the investigative report following a workplace complaint is just as important as the investigation itself. Your documentation is critical to ensuring that you can appropriately respond to requests from regulatory agencies and legal entities should the time arise. Investigative reports are typically summoned following a formal complaint and are the basis for determining whether an allegation was substantiated.
