Overview

Having better outcomes in your communication, and understanding what leads to conflict is in your control to own and influence.

This course offers learners the ability to understand how others perceive their communication style and how to "flex" their communication to work towards better outcomes with those they interact with.

We so often say things like "If this person would just change this, then I would get along better with them."

The reality is that person most likely won't change but you have the ability to change to create better outcomes with each person you interact with, both personally and professionally.

This webinar will identify the different communication styles that come naturally as strengths and build upon the communication styles that aren’t as strong but you have the ability to build up.

Why should you Attend

Understanding Conflict Through Behavioral Communication offers learners tools to apply right away to embrace a different approach to communication with others. The tools allow for creation of awareness and application through use of the DISC behavioral communication styles that can be used to build a strong development action plan to apply and create positive outcomes in situations where conflict may naturally arise.

Most people understand the way they communicate and the additional value comes in understanding how others naturally respond to our communication. This session will focus on key words, tone of voice, and body language that can provide anyone a stronger platform toward more effective outcomes with any interaction, every time.
