Veronica Matthews is the Founder and Chief Leadership Coach of VLM Coaching & Consulting Services, LLC. She brings over 25 years of corporate human resources experience to her work. As an Executive Coach and Corporate Trainer, Veronica supports her clients in using emotional intelligence to become more effective leaders, guiding them to embrace challenging aspects of leadership, such as managing conflict and delivering constructive feedback.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management from Howard University and multiple human resources, leadership coaching, diversity, equity, and inclusion certifications. Veronica is dual-certified by SHRM and HRCI (SHRM-SCP and SPHR), certified in Diversity, Equity, and inclusion by the University of South Florida, and has earned her leadership coaching certification from Accomplishment Coaching, an International Coaching Federation (ICF)- certified program.

Veronica specializes in providing one-on-one and group coaching sessions and tailored training solutions for organizational executives, leaders, and teams. Her expertise helps organizations enhance effectiveness, improve performance management, and boost employee engagement.
