Overview

This program is focused on providing information on lesser-known concept that profoundly impacts the quality, psychological, and physical safety, and management of relationships, professional and personal. Terms reviewed are empaths, narcissism, intermittent reinforcement, parental alienation, etc. Knowledge is power and recognizing the importance of consistent, positive interpersonal dynamics in relationships versus abusive ones and why they qualify as such, is key to happiness and wellbeing. Participants come away from this program with an understanding of whether to leave or stay in a relationship.

Leaving can be appropriate with up to 10% of people. 90% of the time relationships can be salvaged with the right concepts, tools, support, and resolution of past negative effects. This program helps clarify whether to stay or go, and what to do to fully commit if staying to improve relationships involved. Understanding healthy relationships versus too many red flags that indicates an unlikely positive ending, ensures conscious and fitting choices become clear. Either way, participants can make informed decisions that create conditions in which they find peace in their choices and how to move forward in a positive, intentional and caring manner

Why you should Attend

By attending this program, you may be surprised to learn how many toxic behaviors are not fully recognized, including what the effects of them are on you and those with whom you work, lead, parent, live with, or teach, in any setting or circumstance. You learn facts that help you determine whether to stay in a relationship of any kind or to leave. Staying requires first and foremost your full commitment and the right kind and amount of knowledge, tools and support. Leaving provide you the peace that comes from understanding and knowing all possible, likely, or unlikely results within any relationships.

After full understanding, leaving may make sense and does not indict the one leaving or the one being left. By attending this program, you stay or leave with clarity. This program is for you if you have a relationship in your personal or work life that is the cause of stress, discouragement, and too often leaves you feeling disempowered, unlovable, disconnected and unable to remain confident and contributing.
