Overview

Risk Governance Fundamentals focus on governance requirements and fundamentals beginning with basic definitions of governance processes. Participants will then learn exactly what is important to business stakeholders related to the creation of corporate rules and regulations.

The second portion of the webinar provides insights into how an organization can transfer rules and regulations into processes and procedures. More importantly, participants will discover techniques for training staff and implementing the rules throughout the organization.

We finalize the conversation with an in-depth look at how management can confirm that the rules are understood, implemented, and working effectively. All of this can be done with simple management practices that require little infrastructure and limited costs to an organization.
