Overview

Communication is the key that unlocks the door to effectively influencing others. Whether you are leading a team of people in your company, running a business, negotiating a contract, or seeking buy-in from others, if you know how to communicate, you will be much more successful than those who do not.

Communicating your ideas clearly in a public space is an essential component of success in many situations. Being a good public speaker can help you advance your career, grow your business, share valuable ideas with others, and form strong collaborations and bonds. Being a good public speaker can also help you promote your great ideas and shape your community and society at large.

Whether you're asked to give a speech at a friend's wedding, introduce a speaker for a work event, or give a eulogy for a loved one, the ability to step in front of a crowd and speak confidently is such a helpful skill to have.
