Overview

Coaching is an effective way to work with employees, students, or clients in helping them define their goals and resolve obstacles to their personal and workplace effectiveness. The basic fundamentals of the coaching approach, which includes developing an alliance and trust as well as techniques such as powerful questioning and direct communication will be defined and explored in this webinar.
