Overview

More than 10 million women and men are physically abused in the U.S. during one year and up to 75% of domestic violence victims face harassment from their partners while they are at work.

Abusers have many tactics to gain and maintain power and control over their victim. This webinar will explain these dynamics and how this type of violence can affect the workplace. An abuser may monitor and harass their partner by calling or texting constantly while they are at work, and the pervasive fear takes a psychological toll on victims that interferes with work performance.

Employers have the opportunity to implement policies that protect victims and all other employees through education and support.
