In this fun, high-energy, and information-packed session Michael introduces the 10 essential energy sources and demonstrates how this time-tested approach reduces resistance, maximizes participation, and generates a positive safety culture.

Participants will learn what the Energized Approach is and how it works, how to assess the Energy of their safety culture, how to develop an "energizing" plan of action, and how to sustain and grow this process over time. Participants will also learn how to easily apply this approach to any program or initiative in the company that is underperforming and needs to be "Energized".
