The areas impacted by basic wellness practices include our physical health, mental health, relationship health, financial health, and spiritual health. All of these dimensions should be addressed by individuals who wish to have a balance in their daily life. The methods by which we can begin to build a foundation of wellness include techniques such as mindfulness that will be discussed in this session.
The participant should be able to use this foundational information themselves and be able to bring this to their workplace, other organizations with whom they interface, and their personal lives to teach to others to help them begin their wellness journey.
Wellness is often an area in a person's life that they do not address until they are no longer well! And by the time that you are not healthy in an area of your life, you have more difficulty achieving the balance of wellness that all of us need to live our best lives.
This webinar will provide an understanding of the different areas of our lives that are impacted by wellness. The participant will have a framework of how to approach wellness for themselves and the clients and employees with whom they work.
