Overview

In the purest form, Cycle Counting selects random SKU numbers, physically counts the stock, and reconciles the count with the corresponding inventory record. Mr. Lee has authored more than 200 articles, books, papers and training programs. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. Based in Kansas City, Missouri, USA, he has travel globally on training and consulting assignments.
