Overview

Creating a positive work environment is a continuous challenge. A strong workplace culture has a positive influence on productivity; quality and safety, not to mention that it makes it a place people want to work. On the other hand, the absence of a positive culture has significant costs and impacts every aspect of an organization.

Speaker Profile

Michael Melnik is an occupational therapist with a master’s degree in exercise physiology. He is owner and president of Prevention Plus, Inc. and The Energized Approach.
