Overview

Behavior is said to be self-sabotaging when it creates problems and interferes with our long-standing goals. When we give in and engage in negative thoughts and actions, we create problems in our relationships, at our place of work, and within ourselves.

Breaking Up with Self-Sabotage is to show you that it is possible to overcome self-sabotaging behaviors and give you the tools you need to get started in making a positive change in your life.

Breaking Up with Self-Sabotage helps you stop slipping back into unhealthy habits and replace the mental traps of negativity.
