Floyd Hayes is New York based Creative Director, Ideas Crafter and Consultant with over 20 years of experience in innovative marketing. A founding member of Cunning Stunts, Europe’s first Guerrilla Marketing company. Hayes played a pivotal role in launching the MINI Cooper and creating the BBC-dubbed “Stunt of the Century” for Emap Publishing. He later established Cunning NYC, delivering award-winning campaigns for major brands including NBC, Unilever, and Diageo. In 2012, Hayes founded his own consultancy and launched the
World’s Fastest Agency, earning recognition as a “Top 100 Brilliant Business” by Entrepreneur Magazine. He has consulted for clients like Ford’s EV Group, Lucid Motors, and Comcast. Known for his bold creative earned media campaigns, Hayes also launched the Emotional Support Beer with Woodstock Brewing, benefiting veterans through ‘Operation At Ease.’ Hayes efforts made the beer the most written about beer launch this century. Most recently, he served as Executive Creative Director at Golin NYC, leading Earned Media campaigns for Reddit, Ferrero, J&J, and Verizon. Following this, Hayes worked as Creative Director working on Web 3 giant, Futureverse on AI product naming, AI brand narratives and marketing.
