Overview

Talk to almost any Human Resources professional, staffing, or recruiting agency and they'll tell you these are unprecedented times. Employers no longer have the upper hand in hiring: candidates do. With businesses at all levels struggling to fill vacancies, how can you compete, not break the budget, and still hire?

For some, it might take a massive overhaul of your recruiting program, for others, it’s as simple as retooling or tweaking job descriptions and job titles. Or, you might be one of the fortunate ones who just needs to get creative about the salary and hiring process overall. No matter what bucket you align with, there's something to hear in this session.

We'll also discuss interview types, styles and what questions can get you into a legal quagmire.

Why you should Attend

You might have trouble filling positions, especially if your organization is one in which salary might not be as competitive as other larger corporations.
