Cara sees recruiting in two-fold. 1- To help job seekers position themselves for career transitions, career advancement and/or promotions to establish career longevity and financial stability for their families. 2- To help companies accomplish business goals, establish business brand, and shape organization culture.

Cara has recruited for industries such as utilities, energy, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and nonprofit.

Cara received her MS Human Resources Management and BS Business Management from Troy University and brings over 15 years of human resources experience and knowledge.
