Just as your car needs regular tune-ups, oil changes and maintenance so does our mind and body. Yet, many of us take care
of our car better than our bodies and especially our minds. You can sell your car when it gets old, your body and mind are a different story.

It is important to manage your stress and anxiety in order to perform your best at work, home or school. It is also becoming clearer that our healthcare system does not seem to be working to your benefit. So, it comes down to you to maintain good health and a healthy mind. Taking care of your body and mind is not as difficult or as expensive as our car. There are natural ways in which you can help your body to be strong and your mind to be clear. Taking care of your body and mind also improves your performance and work, home and school.

In this course we discover the effects of stress on the brain, understand the signs and symptoms of stress and learn ways to
handle stress naturally in the office and at home.

Why you should Attend

Working under high stress and anxiety can make performing your task, duties and activities at work extremely difficult and bring your productivity to a halt. Stress causes our mind and body to be out of tune and out of sync with each other. We have internal stress triggers such as our health, relationships, work and negative thoughts. We are also bombarded with external stress triggers such as worldaffairs, tragic events, politics and environmental. Not dealing with stress leads to real physical as well as emotional ailments.

This means time out of work for sickness and slower production times. Cost of time away from work and low productivity is costly for the person suffering and the company or business that person is involved with. Many times, using medication to get you well and your performance up to speed work in the short term (or seems to) but side effects in the long run can be detrimental. It is becoming common knowledge that our healthcare system does not treat physical or mental health well. The medication given are either just bandaids or do not work at all.

In an office having one person out of sync and sick works like a domino effect leading to slow productivity and sometimes the spread of sickness to the whole staff. The job that person has or the business that person runs suffers along with the
person. That person's family suffers along with their suffering. Anxiety disorders affect their family, their work and their life.

There are natural ways to work through and manage stress and anxiety. The goal is to get you performing with a healthy mind, body and do it naturally. Now moreĀ  than ever we need natural ways to heal the mind and body. This class will teach you how to do that.
