Potential is one of the most wonderful words in any language. It looks forward with optimism. It is filled with hope. It promises success. It implies fulfillment. It hints at greatness. Potential is a word based on possibilities. Think about your potential as a human being and you get excited-at least, I hope you do.
Why you should Attend
Change is inevitable, growth is optional. When it comes to achieving growth, fear is usually the main obstacle we all must face. Fear of change, fear of failure, and fear of what others think are all common forces we must overcome. What do you fear?

Jeff is a contributing writer for Good Life Family Magazine…his favorite articles are ‘How Poverty Produced a Platform’ and ‘Life and Death Are in Your Words’ based on his life, school and church. Because of Jeff’s work with Good Life Family Magazine, Jeff is the recipient of the magazine’s 2018 Very Inspiring Parent Award. He is a contributing writer for “The Re-Education of the African American Child” by Larry D. Davis. And his co-authored book is ‘In Her Boots, Sexual Assault Prevention and Recovery Strategies.
Jeff is a Conflict Mediator, an Arkansas Law Enforcement Instructor in Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT), an Honorary Colonel Arkansas State Police, and a life-time member of Rotary International.
Jeff has three associate degrees, bachelor’s degree in Corporate Training and Development, master’s degree in organizational human resource development, graduate certificate in Conflict Management, and a doctoral student in Educational Leadership. Jeff’s mantra; “Inspire until he Expire, people are his business”.
