Alphonsus Obayuwana M.D., Ph.D., CPC. is both a physician and a scientist. He is a Literary Titan Gold Star Award-winning author who has published several peer-reviewed articles in national medical journals about Human Hope and Happiness, including his Hope Index Scale that became widely used at Coca-Cola, General Motors, Veterans Administration, and many academic institutions inside and outside the USA.
He is the author of The Five Sources of Human Hope; How to Live a Life of Hope; and The Happiness Formula. Has held teaching faculty positions at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, University of Maryland, Eastern Virginia Medical School, Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and University of Toledo.
He is currently the CEO of Triple-H Project USA, an entity that trains and certifies happiness coaches. He is also a contributor to Psychology Today.
