Bradley Hunt is a speaker, consultant and thought leader. His official role is Managing Principal of WHY Group, LLC a national consulting practice based in Texas. Originally with an engineering background and both corporate and small biz experience, Brad speaks and consults on a broad range of topics including Operational Strategies, Process Re-engineering, Corporate Visioning, Innovation, Project Management and Integrated Strategic Planning. But his primary passion is in the arena of Organizational Development.
This includes expertise in Team Building, Personal Performance, Executive Coaching, Leadership Programs, Employee/Talent Retention and other strategic areas often poorly termed “soft skills”. Brad’s clients include start-up entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 entities, state agencies, all levels of Academia, and non-profits sprinkled across 12 states. A personal thrill has been occasional projects outside the U.S. in Ecuador, Honduras and Uganda. He has consulted on a national level in Industry/Academia/Community Partnerships for the Department of Labor and Department of Education. With more than 30 years of experience, he has been around a while! He holds a BS Electrical Engineering from Illinois and an MS/MBA from Purdue.
His formal industry certifications include PMP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Lean/Six Sigma, Marshall Goldsmith Coaching & Master Human Capital Strategist.
