Seminar Refund/Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Policy:

A request for refund should be made in writing and faxed to 302 288 6884 or emailed to support@traininng.com latest by 6 business days prior to the seminar start date, to receive a full refund. After that time, no refunds or credit requests will be approved. On-site registrants will not be guaranteed to receive conference materials until all advanced registered attendees receive them. The refund fee will be issued as an online voucher which can be redeemed for the same or any new seminar or webinars within the 12 months of the seminar start date.


Refund Policy:

Traininng.com reserves the right to modify the material or speakers/instructors without notice, or to cancel an event. If an event must be cancelled, registrants will be notified by Traininng.com in writing as soon as possible and will receive a full refund. Traininng.com will not be responsible for airfare or any other costs incurred due to cancellation.
