Amy P. Kelly , GPHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a global human resources and talent development executive known for building high-performing talent and cultures, including award-winning workplaces and leadership development programs. She was the HR leader on executive teams responsible for the successful sale of two government aggregators to large global technology distributors.

Building market-recognized workplace cultures and learning and development programs were her responsibility at both organizations. Some of the fundamentals of her culture and workplace strategies include improving human performance via mindset development, implementing formal change management as a component of business planning, and integrating well-being programming into the performance management process. Amy is a graduate of the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being program from George Mason’s Center for the Advancement of Well-Begin. She is currently the Vice President of Consulting for The Jon Gordon Companies and is an author, speaker, executive coach, and consultant bringing the proven principles and practices from The Power of Positive Leadership and The Power of a Positive Team to organizations all over the world.

She is the co-creator of The Power of a Positive Team Training Program and the co-author of The Energy Bus Field Guide. Amy’s most-recent book G.L.U.E. A Leadership Development Strategy to Bond and Unite combines her love of business, HR, and positive mindset toward developing strong bonds and relationships in life and work.
